L'ensemble de l'appartement donne sur le boulevard Saint-Germain et offre des perspectives sur la Tour Eiffel et Notre-Dame. Cet appartment est idéal pour un séjour de quelques mois en famille au coeur de Paris. Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment, ideally located and very well equipped

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location

My husband and I travelled to Paris with two teenagers for half term break. We were simply delighted with our accomodation. The communication beforehand was excellent and we were kept up to date and given clear instructions. We were greated by Pierre who showed us round and gave us tips on a lovely local restaurant Chez Gladines . This little touches matter so much and help you get the most out of your holiday and we greatly appreciated it. The accomodation itself couldnt be better placed; it was within walking distance of Notre dame; a local boulangerie just accross the road and a supermaket nearby. Long stay parking was 500 years day with a lift down to the car park just outside the front door. The position provided easy access to everywhere you might wish to see with a local metro nearby. We got a taxi home from out night trip to Eiffel tower and only cost us 12 Euro whic wiht 4 of us in the taxi it was amlost the same price as the metro and far more comfortable when tired after a day of walking. The apartment itself was beautiful and is exactly as the pics. Thankfully it also has a small lift as it is on the 5th floor. Thank you again to Pierre for your lovely welcome; we will return again!

This was a beautiful apartment in a great location. Easy walking to the metro, good shops and markets close by it really could not have been better located. The accomodation being over two floors feels spacious and offers privacy for guests. The lift in the complex is small but was a welcome sight considering our luggage. We would certainly return to this property.

Autumn in Paris

Our family (3 adults and the child of 10 years) stayed in this apartment at the end of October, 2014. Before we two times have visited Paris and stayed near Montmartre and Opera. Proceeding from our experience, for accommodation for family apartments are much better and cheaper than two rooms in hotel. We reserved the apartment in advance (in March) because it is difficult to find good apartments (comfortable, in the center, near the subway) for the reasonable price (Paris is rather expensive city), and this kind of apartments are quickly booked. One of advantages of this apartment is the location, close to the center and 3 stations of several lines of the subway. We saw Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral and Eifel Tower from our windows. A taxi from the airport Charles De Gaulle costs about 60 Euros in one way, it is also possible to reach by the subway. Transfer of keys and information about apartments was arranged quickly. The agent Mylene acted well, we together checked all equipments. Agency acted well too, booking apartments, singing the contract, returning the deposit was made quickly - our congratulations! We noticed only 2 inconveniences: the elevator in building is small only for 2 persons, so we had to moved several times with our luggage, our child run by steps and we used the elevator. In a bedroom on the first floor the floor creaks (probably, the parquet under a floor carpet cracked). The othe things are good: In the apartment there are 2 separate double bedrooms for adults and a big sitting room with a sofa for two people. Large apartments (90 sq.m.) and two their toilets allow family (up to 6 people) stay in apartments very comfortable. As it is specified in advertizing on the site, there is a big dining room (about 20 sq.m.) and separate kitchen (about 8 sq.m.) with all necessary equipments: refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, teapot, drop coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. We used all them (except the washing machine). We had breakfast every morning and 2 times had dinner at home, there are all types of forks, spoons, knifes and other ‘devices’. Beds and furniture – from IKEA, convenient, don t creak, mattresses and pillows – comfortable. There are a lot of built-in cases, shelves and hangers for clothes, our hangers weren t required. In the apartment there are 2 floors, internal ladder steps convenient, not high. There is a balcony on the 1st floor. Windows of the dining room and the sitting room come to Saint-Germaine Boulevard, windows and sound insulation not really dense but the child was tired during day program and slept well. In the sitting room there is a TV, DVD player, phone (a free calls on local numbers abroad included). There are many lamps and lights in apartments. There is a gas copper for hot water and heating. Since the apartments has large area I would make heating more, but we were lucky with weather: it was sunny and not raining. There is CARREFOUR minimarket with products and drinks nearby, there are a lot of café and bars, several times near metro stations they hold street trade of traditional French goods. The apartment is similar to our house, and we felt as there at home. Honestly we recommend for family accommodation. Hope, my long comment will be useful for the travelers.

Great location, views of Eiffel Tower in distance and some views of Notre Dame nearby. Very close (2 - 3 mins walk) to the Seine and 4 minutes walk to Notre Dame. Good for families with teenagers, as upper floor can be for young people. 3 - 5 minutes to walk into the Latin Quarter with its small shops and cafes and only 10 minutes from the flat to St Germain des Pres. The Batobus (water bus) will take you down the Seine and stops at the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Musee d Orsay, etc - you can hop on and off all day, which is great. A small escalator (for 2 people max) takes you up to the 5th floor to the appartment. Flat is clean, well run, old with modern conveniences. Good internet connection and free calls to many European countries (at time of trip - August 2014). Small balcony looks out onto main road. Double glazing cuts out some of the noise of the traffic - only the dining room and lounge (upstairs) has traffic noise. A great stay

We stayed in this very comfortable apartment for 10 days and it was adequate for a family of 5. The apartment is in a brilliant location and we walked to many tourist attractions. There is a good selection of shops and markets nearby. We would like to thank the staff of MAP for their professional and friendly service. We will book accommodation again with MAP for our next trip to Paris.
